Vocational training is an important initiative that is adopted in the Indian Education system. Switching to the vocational education is the need of any country for skill development and employment generation. There are various other factors that are to be considered while imparting vocational education in the pre-existing form of traditional way of education that is penetrated deep within the existing education system In order for Vocational Education to play its part the ground is needed to be prepared to help vocational education gain its role effectively in changing the national context and enjoy the fruits of being a diversified country with demographic distributions. To meet the urgent need it is important to redefine the critical elements for imparting vocational form of education. There are various types of training that help in making the students more flexible, inclusive and creative. The importance of vocational training is not hidden from Indian government also. The government of the country has already taken various initiatives to fund the growing need for vocational education in India.
